Dr Jean Devroye has been awarded the prestigious Platinum Follicle – instituted to honour the huge contribution of researchers in improving the quality of hair restoration procedures (FUE and FUT) – during the 25th ISHRS (International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery) World Congress.

Job Overview

Located in Brussels, the capital of Europe, Hair Transplant Surgery Clinic is looking for an established doctor to join his clinic. You will be trained by Dr Jean Devroye himself, who has experience of more than 20 years in the Hair Restoration field, to perform FUE & FUT procedures, work in a pleasant environment with the technicians, and learn the consultation procedure with patients and potential patients.

We are seeking an outstanding doctor that wants to join our clinic in Brussels permanently after completing the Fellowship Training Program.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Perform Hair-Beard-Eyebrows restoration surgeries (FUE & FUT)
• Implement and oversee the quality work of the team of technicians
• Ensure fluid communication between patients and medical assistants
• Ensure follow-up and maintain patient satisfaction rate high.
• Ensure that all existing operating service standards are consistently met and devise strategies to improve these further.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments and support them according to their needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this position you will need to have the following skills/ experience:

• Qualified Medical Doctor (MD) with European degree and active medicine practice registration
• Post Graduation in plastic surgery, dermatology, or any related domain is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of global medical infrastructure.
• Strong problem solving and prioritization skills.
• Must be precise, highly skilled, and good with his/her hands
• Must be enthusiastic, rigorous, and make timely and quality decisions
• Must build and maintain an effective relationship with patients and the medical team/staff
• Must be a self-starter and able to multitask
• Must be a team player
• Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels.
• Fluent in English and French
